　参加するには，公式サイトの「こちら」でアカウント登録を済ませてから，専用のダウンローダーをまずダウンロードして，それを使ってクライアント本体をダウンロードする必要がある。

とありますが、公式サイトへ行ってみると・・・・・

The overwhelming demand for the World of Warcraft open beta test has resulted in hundreds of thousands of successful signups. We have already reached our target number of testers and therefore must regrettably close our account creation pages.
もう締め切りかい！ でも 23日からまた再オープンって書いてますね。
